About the game
Fountains is set in a war-torn empire ruled by a tyrannical regime. The player takes the role of a hooded stranger who has been imprisoned and must escape while uncovering the secrets of the land, including the hidden Fountain of Youth.
The game uses tight, responsive combat with adjustable difficulty settings. The world is one seamless, looping labyrinth where players find items, powers and upgrades, and an online message system lets players leave hints for one another.
